PRIMARY FUNCTION

 

Present members of HVCU with a growing array of financial services and investment products, while delivering unparalleled value and outstanding service to the members.

 


 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Grow share of wallet in the existing mass market client base finding their needs and then offering appropriate solutions in a compelling way so the customer sees the value, understands the features and benefits and purchase the solution.

Drive successful member outcomes by assisting new and existing mass market members through active communication.

Responsible for meeting and exceeding established revenue goals.

Strengthen relationships with existing HVCU Wealth Management clients and bring in additional outside assets from these clients.

Serve as the main point of contact to facilitate trades throughout the transaction process by supporting members with their financial needs.

Develop expertise on all investment products.

Liaise with other Wealth Management members, Marketing, Contact Center, and Outbound regarding financial needs of the mass market.

Host webinars for members.

Maintain and record detailed notes including next steps/follow-ups during member calls.

Build excellent working relationships across multiple lines of business and corporate functions to enhance member experience.

Develop new processes to further automate member workflows and create a seamless experience.

Additional responsibilities will be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest.


Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
