PRIMARY FUNCTION

 

Responsible for leading profitability methodology, measurement, reporting, and analysis to support all lines of business.  Scope to include product, member, and account level profitability.  Develop and implement advanced modeling techniques to forecast financial and product performance.

 


 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Assess, adjust, and maintain profitability tools; building or implementing new tools & systems where deemed necessary.

Responsible for the methodology used to determine product, member, and account level profitability.

Use advanced financial analytics such as predictive modeling, time-series analysis, and real-time analytics to facilitate data-driven decisions.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and trend analysis, to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Collaborate directly with SVP and stakeholders on pricing strategies.

Provide ad-hoc and customized reporting from financial and data warehouse systems.

Guide decisions around GL structure and improvements.

Collaborate directly with SVP and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations

As Senior Analyst, lead team of financial analysts within department

 

 


Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
