ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Coordinate and prepare reports for Risk Mitigation management at regular intervals. | • | Prepare monthly fraud charge off reports for Member Debt Solutions and perform applicable maintenance. | • | Provide reports to management for review. | • | Assist department with administrative support including paperwork, filing, distributing department mail, ordering office supplies, updating logs, distributing incoming service events, affidavits, or other queued mail/inbox items. | • | Process daily checks for restitution payments. | • | Perform monthly user audits of various systems. | • | Conduct monthly reviews of system configuration settings and report findings to Chief Risk Officer and Risk Mitigation management. |
• | Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
