ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to evolve the data platform from legacy silos to a modern, unified environment | • | Align platform capabilities with business goals, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, growth, and innovation through data | • | Oversee development of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing solutions, and streaming capabilities | • | Ensure platform performance, reliability, and accessibility | • | Partner with appropriate teams to implement identity-based access controls, encryption, and industry best practices | • | Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements | • | Collaborate with IT, Banking, Risk, Finance, Audit, Strategy, and HR to support data and reporting needs | • | Manage relationships with technology partners and cloud service providers | • | Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team including Data Engineers, Power BI Engineers, Database Administrators, and Tool Administrators | • | Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement | • | Manage budget across staffing, technology, and vendor engagements to ensure return on investment | • | Oversee adherence to SDLC and ITSM | • | Enforce departmental standards and procedures to maintain data and system integrity | • | Support enterprise initiatives and cross functional projects | • | Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements | • | Participate in required training, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) | • | Demonstrate alignment with organizational mission and values |
