ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Strategic Analysis & Business Insight: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify industry trends and growth opportunities. Develop financial models, business cases, and executive presentations to support strategic decision-making. Monitor and report on strategic roadmaps and key performance indicators (KPIs). | • | Management Consulting: Support internal consulting engagements by identifying opportunities and recommending solutions. Conduct analysis and workflow assessments to drive efficiency improvements. Collaborate with business units to develop action plans aligned with the credit union’s strategic agenda. | • | Research & Development (R&D) for Corporate Strategy: Conduct R&D and impact analysis on financial services trends, changes, disruptions, and macroeconomic factors. Evaluate emerging trends and business models that could influence corporate operations and strategic decision-making. | • | Mergers, Acquisitions, & Strategic Partnerships: Assist in evaluating M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. Support due diligence efforts by gathering and analyzing data. Conduct financial and operational impact assessments for proposed growth initiatives and assist in integration planning. |
• | Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
