ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Monitor and analyze financial information related to the budget and compile data, trends and commentary to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure action is taken and adjustments are made as necessary. | • | Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics against budget targets to identify areas of opportunity and potential risks. Utilizes various financial modeling techniques to forecast future financial performance. | • | Track and report capital expenditure and project related expenses to ensure the Credit Union is within the budget. | • | Assist the Controller in preparation of HVCU’s budget. Maintain comprehensive documentation of budget processes, assumptions, and methodologies to ensure accuracy. | • | Continuously review and enhance the budgeting process, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and leverage technology solutions to streamline workflows and enhance data integrity. | • | Serve as administrator of the budget software system(s) | • | Maintain peer-to-peer informational databases and create custom peer reports as necessary. |

Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
