ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Assist Commercial Loan Officers and AVP, Loan Originations with collection of documents required for new commercial loan requests, to include set up new files, correctly label all documents, run credit and Lexis Nexis reports, process 4506T’s, send out secure links to business members and submit packages to underwriting. Support Commercial Loan Officer’s and AVP, Loan Originations with all administrative functions. | • | Maintain the financial statement database. Ensure complete and accurate commercial credit files and records of all accounts, as well as assist with gathering and providing information during exams and audits. Prepare various letters to members and following up with members for receipt of required information for items such as ballooning mortgages, line of credit renewals, annual reviews and Borrowing Base Certificates. | • | Contact business members as needed for items such as delinquent loan payments, real estate taxes and lapsed insurance. | • | Complete property site visits for annual reviews. | • | Prepare and regularly update required department and management reports, to include production reports. Prepare minutes for department meetings. Prepare memos and supporting documentation for these meetings, as needed. | • | Have a general understanding of commercial loan terminology and commercial loan ratios including debt-to-income ratio, debt service coverage ratio, and loan to value ratio. | • | Provide administrative support for department supplies and software and follow up with vendors on all requested services. Provide backup coverage for Commercial Lending Administrator, as needed. | • | Achieve goals assigned to the Commercial Loan Origination Administrator as part of the assigned departments’ annual operating plan. Suggest and assist with implementing process improvements to enhance member experience and increase department efficiencies |

Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
