Assist members with ATM inquiries and transaction resolution. Process a variety of tasks to support operations needs such as internal department transaction requests, general ledger reconciliation, dormancy releases, check orders, fees for returned items and document scanning. | | | | | | |
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Receive, open, sort and proof incoming mail and ATM transactions utilizing various mail opening equipment. Examine contents and endorsements to ensure signature requirements and prevent potential fraud. | • | Operate image processing equipment. Balances processed work to deposit slips, remittance advices, or various control documents through PC-based software systems and standard office equipment. Ensures accuracy of data on documents, making corrections as needed to ensure proper posting and/or customer reporting. Perform additional data entry as required. | • | Prepare cash, checks and other items for further processing by other areas or for transit dispatch. Extract, balance, and execute various transmissions to internal departments based on procedure. Identifies items that are unable to be processed and handles them according to established procedures. | • | Processes problem resolution for ATM service requests and conducts general ledger reconciliation. Processes address changes for returned plastics, post fees, and responds to ATM related inquiries. |

Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
