ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Execute daily ACH processing, including file validation, transmission, and system report review to ensure accuracy and timeliness. | • | Perform routine ACH activities such as returns, reversals, death notices, and reclamations in accordance with established procedures. | • | Process incoming and outgoing wire transactions by following documented controls and regulatory requirements. | • | Complete exception processing for share draft and ACH postings, payroll items, and stop payments using approved internal and third party systems. | • | Prepare and distribute standard member notifications and maintain accurate records, logs, and reports to support compliance and audits. | • | Provide timely, courteous support to internal teams and members by resolving routine inquiries and escalating issues as appropriate. |
• | Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
