ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Design, deploy, and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based networks | • | Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers | • | Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues | • | Implement and enforce network security protocols and disaster recovery plans | • | Lead network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning | • | Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects | • | Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures | • | Mentor junior engineers and provide escalation support | • | Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements | • | Participate in Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises and perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. | • | Embrace and apply HVCU’s guiding principles to all activities and responsibilities.
