ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Manage, monitor and analyze vendor management and business continuity processes, while making recommendations or considerations for improving overall program, workflows and enhancing collaboration with other HVCU departments and external third-parties. | • | Provide ongoing, effective communication to other departments advocating for a strong risk culture, including peers, management and members of EMC. | • | Oversee vendor files, contract dates, due diligence tasks, proper onboarding and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance and mitigate risks to the institution. | • | Utilize data and reporting functions to summarize and provide purposeful output from the ERM system and our ERM program. Monitor ERM system for proper performance and coordinates system upgrades/changes when necessary. | • | Review vendor list and vendor documentation to ensure consistency with HVCU Vendor Management procedures while analyzing process, identifying gaps and providing considerations for improvements. | • | Provide ongoing reports to VP, Director BCP and Third-Party Management, VP, Director of Enterprise Risk, and EVP, Chief Risk Officer/General Counsel, Risk or Compliance Committees which are further utilized for Board reporting, and others as requested. | • | Ensure all vendor contracts comply with the Credit Union’s procedures, standards for performance and contain appropriate confidentiality and security provisions to protect and safeguard sensitive member information, including evidence of an effective information security program and other related documentation, if applicable. | • | Manage insurance claim process for accuracy and efficiency. | • | Responsible for managing and analyzing ongoing Business Continuity tests, and if applicable, initiating the notification system in instances of a real Business Continuity event. | • | When necessary, conduct or support training on the ERM system. | • | Support the completion of periodic risk assessments as required by the Credit Union’s ERM system. |

Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
