This position works closely with project managers, technical leads, subject matter experts, and business partners to ensure quality deliverables have technical compatibility and user satisfaction. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. | • | Create and maintain business process models, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams. | • | Support solution design by translating business needs into system specifications and acceptance criteria. | • | Perform gap analysis between current and future-state systems and processes. | • | Assist in prioritizing features and requirements based on business value and technical feasibility. | • | Produce high-quality business requirements documents, functional/technical specifications, standard operating procedures, end-user guides, training materials, and knowledge articles. | • | Translate complex technical information into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences. | • | Maintain version control and documentation repository consistency. | • | Develops control processes and scorecards to monitor data and reporting issues to produce QA test result reports, in an effort to drive and coordinate issue resolution with responsible parties. | • | Ensure solutions within the environment follow established guidelines, policies, and technical frameworks. | • | Acts as a liaison and collaborates with business clients, technology personnel, and supports providers to track and implement business requirements, drive efficient and effective discussions regarding QA best practices and implement strategies throughout the life cycle of projects or process improvements. | • | Keeps current with technology trends, solutions, and vendors. | • | Perform other job-related duties as necessary. |
