ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Purpose: Execute design work across campaigns, digital platforms, presentations, and in-branch experiences to visually communicate strategic goals and elevate member engagement. | • | Impact: Visually unified brand experiences that drive engagement, accessibility, and emotional connection across touchpoints. | • | Ensure all creative outputs align with accessibility and ADA standards. | • | Manage photo direction, typography, and layout systems for brand consistency. | • | Maintain brand consistency through templates, color systems, and design libraries. | • | Participate in creative reviews and contribute to team critiques. | • | Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to uphold production quality and compliance. | • | Collaborate with writers, Campaign Managers, and the AVP, Digital Content Optimization to ensure cohesive storytelling. |
• | Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
