PRIMARY FUNCTION

 

Serve as the data and insight engine for the Solutions team, transforming performance metrics and member data into actionable intelligence. Ensure campaigns are informed by evidence, optimized for results, and aligned with brand and compliance standards. Bring curiosity, precision, and clarity to every project, ensuring marketing decisions are not only creative but measurable.

 


 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Provide actionable data insights that enhance campaigns.

Ensure better‑targeted campaigns, improved personalization, and stronger performance outcomes.

Pull and validate segmentation lists for targeted campaigns.

Partner with Campaign Managers to design and test audience approaches.

Collaborate with Operations to maintain accuracy across dashboards and reports.

Interpret trends and performance insights to guide improvements.

Recommend personalization and optimization tactics based on analytics.

Maintain reporting continuity and co‑lead migration of enterprise‑wide reporting outside Marketing.


Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
