ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Lead the build, maintain, and update the desktop/laptop images for Windows devices, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance. | • | Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions. | • | Manage the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Intune for endpoint devices. | • | Implement and maintain endpoint security policies to protect the organization's IT infrastructure. | • | Handle software packaging and deployment using SCCM. | • | Conduct regular maintenance and optimization of endpoint systems, identifying opportunities for improvement. | • | Maintain the device catalog and assess new laptop models and accessories for performance and quality. | • | Manage and support iOS and Android devices using Microsoft Intune. | • | Develop and maintain mobile security policies and ensure seamless integration with the organization's broader IT infrastructure. | • | Serve as an escalation point for user troubleshooting with mobile devices, providing advanced support and resolving issues. | • | Stay up to date with the latest developments in MAM, MDM, security best practices, and emerging technologies. | • | Monitor the health and performance of endpoint devices and take proactive measures to resolve issues. | • | Implement and enforce security policies to protect endpoint devices from threats such as malware, viruses, and unauthorized access. | • | Ensure that all endpoint devices are compliant with security standards and regulations. | • | Develop PowerShell scripts for automating tasks, optimizing deployments, and improving security compliance. | • | Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents, provide major incident support, and guide less experienced team members. | • | Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures; generate reports to track usage, compliance, and risks. | • | Work with internal teams and third parties to drive continuous improvement and stay informed about product developments. | • | Collaborate on system upgrades and migrations. | • | Provide training to IT staff and users. |
