PRIMARY FUNCTION

 

Responsible for creating, designing and implementing technical automations to help drive process automation. Conduct analysis of organizational needs for the creation and implementation of automation solutions; participate in feasibility assessments of new automation opportunities and help determine best approach for automation.             

 


 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Define automation data needs across systems and create a plan to implement automation solutions to address those.

Perform design, scripting, implementing, maintaining and modifying automations of moderate complexity, significance, and risk.

Direct or recommend enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity.

Model and provide solutions targeted to meet existing, enhanced, and new platform solutions for business, customer, and infrastructure services.

Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required

Design automated process solutions in accordance with the standard RPA design principles and conventions

Configure new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand

Understand the business needs of the client and convert them into automated process, supporting both to the functional and the technical part of the requirements


Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Experience with entire DevOps lifecycle - Orchestration, Configuration, CI/CD, Monitoring, Security

Experience as a, automation engineer or similar software engineering role using automation and orchestration technologies (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, Ansible, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.)

Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).

Knowledge of RPA Concept & Automation Processes.. UiPath experience preferred
