ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of servers, networks, storage, and cloud infrastructure | • | Develop and execute a forward-looking infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals, scalability needs, and emerging technologies | • | Design and manage secure, resilient cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency | • | Ensure 24/7 availability of core systems, networks, and services through proactive monitoring, redundancy planning, and incident response protocols | • | Engineer and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup strategies to minimize downtime and data loss | • | Evaluate and manage relationships with hardware/software vendors and oversee infrastructure budgets and procurement | • | Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing infrastructure team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement | • | Partner with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and align infrastructure with product needs |
