PRIMARY FUNCTION

 

Act as an advisor providing support to the organization, facilitating structured engagements, workshops, assessments and interviews that produce clear insights, recommendations and actionable scope to ensure value realization.  Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and the Project Management office, shaping initiatives and preparing the organization for execution, ensuring all proposed initiatives meet the defined readiness criteria.

 


 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate strategic opportunities, identify performance challenges, and analyze operational gaps.

Collaborate with stakeholders across various organizational levels to develop strategic business cases, ensuring clearly defined scope, requirements, comprehensive cost-benefit analysis, measurable KPIs, detailed budgets, and transparent ownership models.

Lead or support the creation and refinement of business cases for strategic initiatives under consideration for budget allocation or Project Management Office (PMO) endorsement.

Monitor and report on the performance of approved initiatives post execution, evaluating outcomes against established KPIs and financial targets in close coordination with the PMO and Finance teams.

Facilitate business assessments and structured diagnostic engagements, including conducting stakeholder interviews, organizing workshops, and developing journey maps.

Provide support for external consulting engagements, overseeing RFP management and ensuring strict adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

Maintain and continuously enhance a knowledgebase and a reusable toolkit of consulting methodologies to promote organizational learning and efficiency.

Partner with the Project Management Office to ensure a seamless transition from business case development and scoping to successful project kick-off and execution.

Communication of findings and recommendations in a clear, concise and persuasive format tailored to diverse audiences.


Adhere to all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements. Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
