ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Manage insurance referral workflows, ensuring accuracy, adherence to defined service level agreements and applicable regulatory compliance. | • | Collaborate with management, sales, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times | • | Responsible for analyses and reporting including but not limited to sales, revenue, referral volume and metrics, referral partner performance | • | Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration relating to staff training and process improvement to drive operational efficiency | • | Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives for the Experience Administration team by working with key stakeholders in applicable departments. | • | Review and validate third-party data reports and internal reports while integrating insights into department strategy | • | Provide high-level administrative support to SVP of Experience Administration including calendar management, expense tracking and reconciliation, meeting coordination and support as well as travel arrangements. | • | Support leadership in the management of cross-functional projects | • | Prepare executive-level presentations and policyholder reports |

Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
