ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Work as part of an IT Automation team to proactively identify and develop process improvement opportunities aimed at enabling the business to achieve their objectives through the effective use of technology. | • | Review, and document business processes and information workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. | • | Propose optimization solutions (including automation); identifying alignment with business requirements; making recommendations. | • | Document processes change requirements using the agreed standards, methods, and tools ensuring consistent high-quality output. | • | With assistance, design and implement automated solutions using industry standard technology tools such as RPA and batch automation software, ServiceNow, and workflow automation platforms. | • | Document and deliver processes and systems to ensure that service levels are consistently aligned with customer experience expectations. | • | Experience in designing and implementing solutions using MS Power Platform connectors. | • | Experience supporting and enhancing batch processing using OpCon for efficient file and data transfers. | • | Review current processes with a focus on simplification and clarity ensuring they align to current business objectives. | • | Develop, edit, and validate reports, dashboards and other data exports to improve operational visibility and to support business needs. | • | Create change records in compliance with change standards, as needed to support the organization. | • | Perform self-assessments of key processes and/or data to ensure processes are effectively being utilized by cross functional teams. | • | Prioritizing and managing own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines while ensuring accuracy of data and information is a priority. | • | Oversee the maintenance and enforcement of SDLC and ITSM processes, change management procedures, departmental standards, style requirements and all other procedures necessary for data and system integrity. |

Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
