Create processes, standards and guidelines for the support and maintenance of all in-scope technology. | | | | | | |
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | | • | Create documented standards and procedures for support staff to follow | • | Build and implement “golden image” templates to be used for the enterprise wide deployment of end user technology | • | Oversee the implementation of Audio-Visual technology and ensure best practices are followed | • | Coordinate with QA, Architecture and Information Security to ensure end user technology adheres to security standards and maintains a technology roadmap. | • | Build escalation processes to act as a 2nd tier of support for HVCU Information Technology support teams and mentors those teams to continually develop their knowledge, skills and abilities | • | Build, design and maintain Windows System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Ensure procedures and tools for creation of software packages exist and are kept current. | • | Create automations to assist in the management and deployment of software, tools and configurations at scale. | • | Create procedures for the management of HVCU’s mobile devices | • | Perform as HVCU’s on-staff Microsoft 365 expert, being a point of escalation and continuing to investigate new features for HVCU staff. |

Participate in all required and recommended training and development including, but not limited to, Bank Secrecy Act training (BSA) and demonstrate attained knowledge. Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives when the opportunity arises.
